On 23 June 2022, a European working group presented the report: “Towards a sovereign digital infrastructure of commons”
The report gives 3 recommendations to arrive at common digital resources.
1. Set up a platform to support the various initiatives. In addition, help organizations find funding for their initiative;
2. Make a call within the government for the development of new ICT projects;
3. Calls on Member States to choose, where possible, to develop and use common digital resources.
