Roderick Huizing works as a product owner at the Kansspelautoriteit, where he is responsible for the gambling self-exclusion system Cruks. This system helps protect people with a gambling addiction by blocking their access to online and land-based casinos in the Netherlands. In this position he balances usability of the system both for end users and regulators, privacy concerns, and compliance with multiple different legal requirements.
