IDnext Lunch Break: The outlines of the new data economy – from reflection to action
March 11, 2021 @ 12:00 am - 1:00 pm
Main mission of IDnext is all about sharing knowledge. There are multiple ways doing this. Still, we do know that time is precious, and it needs to be spent in an effective and timely manner. What is the best way doing this?
During the day, it is time for a break and have a moment to sit down and have a good discussion with fellow peers, connect and share your thoughts on a variety of topics.
Topic of this Lunch Break is
“The outlines of the new data economy – from reflection to action”
We sketch the outlines of the new emerging data sharing economy where data sovereignty of individuals is the standard. And where companies and organizations request controllable consent to their customers, citizens or patients.
We share and demo two use-cases we are currently testing. One use-case is around sharing your financial data for a mortgage application and keeping the control over it. The other use-case is about data stewardship and appointing a representative in the event of my death. How can I give others access and permission to handle my business afterwards?
Speakers of this IDnext Lunch Break are:
- Peter Eikelboom – Innovation Manager at De Volksbank
- Marie-José Hoefmans – Co-founder Schluss
