Ambitions run high at the municipality of The Hague. The city council has confirmed its ambition regarding digitisation, using the motto 'Hague Services: personal, easy and reliable’. Thus, it acknowledges that digitisation is an inherent part of municipal services. Participation on the part of the inhabitants dovetails seamlessly and forms an integral part of a successful implementation of the council’s vision. However, this also entails new issues.
