The aim is to make citizens the manager & owner of their own data & identity so that individuals can share validated data faster & easier, and always check who has used which data at what time
ID4me - ID4me is a Single Sign-On standard that allows users to get access to multiple sites with a single credential, and enables online providers remove friction from onboarding new customers. An award committee consisting of Mieke van Heeswijk, Leo van Koppen, Liesbet van Zoonen, Baradwaj Pulgundla, Michael Jones and Phoebe Tickell judges the submissions.
The award ceremony is part of the annual IDnext event. The annual IDnext Event is taking place on 25-26 September and is Europe's leading independent, interdisciplinary conference for experts and key players in the world of digital identification. From 2019, SIDN and the IDnext organisation will co-host the two-day event devoted to internet security, privacy, trust and digital identities.
This year the event will take place on 25-26th September at The Hague Conference center in The Hague, organized by the IDnextplatform, which focuses on ‘Trust in digital technology will be the Internet’s next Frontier’.
